Project Exhibit Entries will be accepted in the following categories:
  • Family Stories (2 pages or less)
  • Quilt and other Memorabilia display 
  • Record Preservation, including Kansas History
  • Family Recipes - preserving family cookbooks/ stories & recipes
  • Family Albums & Photography
  • Award Nomination to recognize contributions to genealogy & history for the past year (2 pages or less)
Tables will be provided or you may bring your own table.  See Fair Rules for Exhibits
 
Individuals, Families and Non-Profits print and complete the Project Exhibit Entry Form.   
 
Businesses print and complete the Table Registration Form.  $25 registration fee; please make checks payable to Riley County Genealogical Society.  (RCGS).

REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO JULY 5, 2017.
A confirmation letter and a list of rules and regulations will be provided to all registered participants prior to the event. Please note, if you have not received a confirmation letter by July 19th, your organization does not have a reserved space.
